Power Machine Stretch
Power Machine Stretch
Machine wraps are the preferred method for high volume winding where winding speed and consistency are required. They are produced in two different qualities like power and super power. Self-adhering machine stretch wrap is a cost effective way to wrap pallet loads to ensure safe shipment. Protects products from damage caused by water, dirt and excessive movement.
Features
- The standard is 50 cm.
- It is produced in 17, 20 and 23 micron thicknesses as standard. If desired, it can be produced between (10 - 50) microns.
- Length is 750-1500 meters and can be produced in different colors.
- There is one piece in a box.
- Stretch ratio is 300%, and it does not tear easily thanks to its strength.
LLDPE Cast Stretch films are extruded with 5-7 layers technology. Automatic Stretch films are available with different percentages of prestretch from 100%-400%.The technology of winding station provide good shaped edges and minimum wrinkle.
Color options are available opaque and tint.
